Booking Conditions

After checking the availability of the session, a payment is required to confirm the booking.

Making a payment for the booking either electronically or over the phone confirms the acceptance of Wildside Cyprus’ terms and conditions.

Prior to Activity

If you cancel within one week of the activity date: 

If the session is cancelled by you, or any of your group fails to attend on the day, Wildside Cyprus will not offer a refund, nor will alternative dates be offered. 

If you cancel more than one week before the activity: 

If more than one week prior to your activity, you may make changes to group numbers or the activity date/time. If you cancel the activity completely, 20% payment will not be refunded. 

If we cancel due to bad weather or instructor availability: 

If the session is cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative date and if unacceptable, you will receive a full refund.

Medical forms and risk declaration:

Forms must be filled in by each group member declaring medical information and acknowledgement of risks. These forms can be downloaded, printed out and completed before the session or can be completed on arrival.

Insurance:
We expect that all participants of our activities will make all necessary arrangements to, and will for the duration of their activity, be covered by adequate insurance related to our services (personal accident, medical expenses, etc).

Activity Conditions

Customer behaviour:

During the activity the guides reserve the right to stop the session if they deem the participants to be purposely making the session unsafe in any way. Wildside Cyprus’ Guides will not offer refunds in such circumstances. Any equipment damaged due to customers’ disruptive behaviour will be charged for in full.

Alcohol and drugs:

Customers that are under the influence or suffering from the effects of alcohol or drugs will be unable to participate in any of Wildside Cyprus sessions. There will be no refund offered or chance to rearrange the date.

Age restrictions:

Children must be aged 14 years or older to take part in any of our sessions. (Coasteering sessions)
